Confey College is a co-educational Community College in Leixlip, Co. Kildare. The College was opened in September 1986 and has approximately 600 students.

The college offers a comprehensive curriculum and students prepare for Junior and Leaving Certificate examinations. The college also offers Transition Year programmes and the Leaving Certificate Applied.

There is also an extensive co-curricular programme for both boys and girls. (Details of the school’s curriculum are provided in the Confey College Handbook for Parents). The school provides post-primary education for approximately 95% of the local children and in recent years has many students from the expanding areas in the near locality. Confey College enjoys the support of an excellent Parents’ Association. Home-school links are enhanced by our Chaplaincy and we have an excellent relationship with our local primary school, San Carlo. Our indoor facilities are made available to local community groups and we also facilitate, by arrangement, the local soccer club.
